b678 Responsible Gaming —
A Safe and Healthy Gaming Experience
Gaming is for fun, not for stress. b678 places the highest importance on your safety and well-being — learn how to set limits and get support when you need it.
Why Should Gaming Be Done Responsibly?
Online gaming is a popular form of entertainment — but like any entertainment, it should be enjoyed within proper limits. At b678, we believe every player should be mindful of their time and money, and should not let gaming replace other responsibilities in life.
Gaming addiction is a real problem that can affect many families. That is why b678 is more than just a gaming platform — we help our players build a healthy gaming culture. On this page you will find out how to keep your gaming habits in check and where to get help if needed.
b678's Safety Tools
b678 provides the following tools to keep your gaming experience safe.
Set Deposit Limits
You can set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately and can be lowered at any time — increasing it requires a waiting period, so the decision is well considered.
Break / Time-Out
If you feel you need a little rest, you can put your account on a break for a set period. Take a time-out from 24 hours up to 30 days — during this time logging in or making deposits will not be possible.
Self-Exclusion
Choose self-exclusion for a long-term break. You have the option to close your account for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. b678 fully respects the decision to take this step.
Session Time Limit
Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. b678 will alert you before the time is up, so you can make a conscious decision to stop.
Loss Limit
Set in advance how much money you are willing to lose within a given period. Once the limit is reached, your account will automatically stop you from gaming.
Age Verification and Identity Protection
b678 verifies the age and identity of every account. Through SSL encryption and a fair play policy, we ensure that only adults aged 21 and above can take part in gaming.
How to Activate Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a long break from gaming, follow the steps below.
Log in to your account
Go to the b678 Login page, access your account and navigate to the "Responsible Gaming" or "Security Settings" section.
Choose a Limit or Exclusion
Deposit limit, session time, loss limit or self-exclusion — choose one or more options according to your needs.
Set the Duration

Contact the Support Team
If you are unable to change the settings yourself or need further assistance, contact b678's 24/7 live chat or email [email protected] — our team is always ready to help in Bengali.

- Set a budget in advance and stick to it.
- Do not play with borrowed money or funds set aside for emergencies.
- Do not game beyond your set time limit.
- Give family, friends and work higher priority than gaming.
- Avoid gaming while drinking alcohol or under mental stress.
- Stay calm when you lose — it is a normal part of the game.
Age Protection and Protection of Minors
b678 is strictly a gaming platform for those aged 21 and above only. We believe that keeping minors away from gambling and online gaming is the responsibility of every family and society.
If there are young children in your household, use password protection on your device and keep your b678 account logged out. Various family filter software tools are available for parents and guardians that prevent minors from accessing gaming sites.
Enable parental controls on your device and browser. Have an open conversation with your children about the risks of online gaming.
Never share your b678 account details with anyone else. Each account is for the registered person only.
